N(80)_M „Budel“ is build around four tracks, from shimmering fields of drone to noise breaking loose to proto-song-like tracks. All of them with M's vocals bursting through, driven by his experience getting attacked within his private environment. All tracks originated with N + M standing in the same recording room at Dutch town Budel, N playing three amps at the same time and Roel Nijdam, guitarist of Throw Me In The Crater doing the recording (and mixing later). With all tracks it was like: checking some chords if it may fit and then just going on, with M improvising over the walls of guitar and Roel recording first take every time. In the end it was one of those rare days, when simply everything is fine.
